Ice. There are few things more ever-present, yet commonplace, in the lives of human beings.
And yet without ice, many of our favorite drinks or experiences just wouldn’t be the same.
This was the challenge faced by Scotsman Ice, the number 2 player in the highly commoditized ice-maker industry.
How do you create interest , and stand out, in a low, to NO interest category.
Our idea was to hammer home the IDEA that running out of ice isn’t funny. With an idea that WAS really funny.
